Hello .Net! Today marks 99 days until the Seahawks' season opener at Green Bay on September 10th.

Maulbert started this thread last year, and Hawkstorian the year before that.
The way this thread works is to post a picture, or provide some material of a Seahawks player wearing the corresponding jersey number to the number of days away from Kickoff we are. This player can be a personal favorite of yours, or who you feel was the best Seahawk to wear that number. The more of you who get involved, the better! Let's have some fun here 12s!

I'll start off with #99 days with a player who'll be featured twice on the countdown: Cortez Kennedy. He wore #99 in 1992 in honor of his friend Jerome Brown, the same season he won defensive player of the year.

Awesome! Thanks for starting this. Tez was even more unstoppable that year.

I know Jerhawk has already posted 96 and this is off-topic, but I just have to put this here:

Thank you, #96. Our lives are brighter for having you in them, and dimmer for your being gone. You will be missed.

There's a few good players in Seahawk history who wore #94. Bryce Fisher was a personal favorite of mine, helping the Hawks reach their first superbowl with his pash rushing abilities

I know he was only here 3 years and was much more well known as a Viking, but we don't have any big-time #93's, and unlike some other late career players just looking for a paycheck, John Randle made the Pro Bowl with us in 2001 and actually led the team with 11 sacks that season. Besides, he picked up nearly 1/5 of his career sacks with us.

Phillip Daniels was good also but we let him go to the Bears after he showed something here and he was a very good D line men. Finished his career in Washington.
