Makes me want to cuss.

We ain't got time for all these injuries.

KJ is not someone we want to start the season without.

He doesn't get the accolades that others do but he is a HUGE part of our "D".

Almost sounds like Kam's mcl with no surgery at the moment, but even then, he went in for surgery after the SB.

Not good. This is why you go out and get an experienced player like Wilhoite though. My guess is that he fills in there in the interim.

I hate this month before the season. I feel like we have to hold our breath hoping we don't see news like this.

If it is a previous issue, why in the hell didn't he have it taken care of in the off season???????

How many players take this route......too many! Baffles me as well.

Today's injury report sounds pretty positive for KJ

From Pete...
"We think he’s going to be back for next week," Carroll said. "He’s not injured. This was a process, a long-range thought that he was excited about going for, so we went for it. We’re hoping this should be a good step for the whole season. He wasn’t hurt, he played last week and was fine, and he could play this week, but this was the time to do it if we’re going to do it, so we went for it. We’re thinking he’ll be back in action next week with no setbacks."

Probably some nagging thing he can play thru, even though it's annoying.

Please hold together KJ until the first week in February.....then consider surgery if it is still a problem. Most on this message board know what it is like dealing with low grade injuries. They are a PITA!!

Wright has been out of practice since Tuesday while he's gotten his knee checked out for what was thought to be a minor ailment. His return Monday confirms that it isn't anything overly serious and shouldn't limit him come the regular season.

Topic is misleading. Wright isn't injured. He has a likely chronic knee condition and seeking a non-surgical treatment that hopefully will be successful. I don't expect him to miss any time unless he gets hurt.

Lots of time yet until the bullets fly for real.

KJ will be playing when the season starts.
