Let the cuts begin

I don't know the status of Jones' injury and it sucks to lose Elliott but otherwise this was a decent finish to preseason. We have a healthy OL and group of RBs to use against GB. The defense should also be fully healthy for week one. I was worried about that horrible field and now the Hawks will likely never have to play on it again.

That was one of the shortest post game press conferences but it sounded like good news regarding injuries with only the broken ankle by Elliott.

I hope the Seahawks don't break ACfan's heart today. That guy has been the biggest Alex Collins cheerleader since he's been in the league.

I want Collins gone so as to avoid hearing way way more about him than is warranted by his on-field performance.

If I didn't have to hear about him he'd just be a guy and I wouldn't care stay or go. But as it stands I pray fervently for his release.

Yep. Dude had zero idea of what to do under pressure. He would either stand there and take a sack or run out of bounds. That particular 4th down was our last chance for a comeback, just throw the ball up for grabs if you need to, if its intercepted oh well.

Tarvaris did what was asked of him. Nothing more, nothing less. I respect that, but I don't exactly miss him.

Speaking of ACfan he's been awfully quiet as of late hahaha I wonder if he will keep that username and remain a 12 or follow Alex Collins and cheer for the next team he play for. lol

Looking at today's announced cuts ... I'm not seeing much of consequence out there. Aside from our own beloved Seahawks (who've been at the center of virtually every significant move), it's been fairly quiet overall. It's clear most teams are clearly holding off on making those real tough cuts until the last ... possible ... minute. I'd do the same and clearly the Hawks are going to do so as well. I expect the storm will break loose with a fury tomorrow.
