A 5th would be nice and to clear up space.

Mentioned this in the SR trade speculation post. But totally makes sense. Need the roster spot. Need the cap space. And both SR and Rubin play the exact same position.

I was thinking last week it would be sweet to move Rubin, Kearse, and Collins.

NO!!! He's like my only Cyclone in the league, and was a Seahawk, too. Damnit! Hahahaha.

Man I like Rubin but he was getting pushed around in that Vikings or Chiefs game. Can't remember which one. I know it was only preseason, but it happened consistently.

Rubin has not made sense in our defense to me for the last two years. He was decent as a run stopper, but gave us absolutely no interior pass rush at all. He was redundant when matched with Mebane and now Reed. So to get anything for him is just icing to me.

A decent future draft pick is a steal for us!
