He's a DT (he's 294 Lbs). He played all over for the Jets because they are completely stacked on the dline but for us he'll probably play 3 tech and 5 tech. He's what we were hoping McDowell would some day become...

That's your rush package. That is better than they could have hoped for with McDowell because Richardson is a Pro Bowl caliber veteran talent who knows what he's doing. They can't double team Richardson and Bennett. There is going to be pocket collapse with only a four man rush. This has to get any Seahawk fan excited.

He is a 3T. They played him at end due to scheme. Think a more stout Bennett. Can play inside or out (and even played OLB at near 300 lbs). He'll line up alongside Bennett. Good luck trying to hold down both of them.

Jets run a 3-4. He played more towards the middle. I could easily see him being a DT and sometimes edge rusher.

DT is where i bet he plays 80% if the time.

This is that inside pressure that they have been lacking, this defense could be really nasty. Just imagine if it all works out , they will literally terrorize QB's . Richardson is a steal for kearse.

Yeah he'll mainly play DT for us. He will be the best DT we have had in a long time. As good as Mebane was, he isn't the talent that Sheldon Richardson is.
