Not the first time I read this "not the Seahawk they use to be" comment, or the LOB is no more, and those that still think our Oline is awful. I guess they haven't been paying attention to the results of the preseason, where our Defense allowed only 1 TD per game. And the pressure seems to be off Wilson with a much improved OLine.

What they are missing is we aggressively went and made trades ahead of the cuts to get the guys we wanted for upgrades and not be subjected to waiver rules and or being used as a negotiations leverage.

Let them think we are shadows of ourselves. I am sure Mr. Rogers is going to be all safe in his Pocket this year.

I hate the Packers and their fans. I hope we surprise the hell out of them and win by a few scores.

Regardless, I like our odds. 65% chance of a Hawks win, IMO.

Sheldon Richardson is a gamechanger this is a guy that when motivated destroys OL's. Well, he's motivated and playing lights out. He was killing it against the Giants.

Also I'm not seeing Wilson throwing multiple interceptions this time around.

Aaron Rodgers : Start of the Season we play the Seahawks at home.

Hey Aaron, They are healthy and added Sheldon Richardson and this new Kid Naz Jones and Davis Bass who just seems to get to the QB and cause problems. Oh yeah this guy showed up and was really pissed at your fat kid jokes, he says you know him, Eddie Lacy, He's not fat runs about 245 or so and likes to hit people almost as much as our defense.

You can move to Seattle and that medical pain killer is legal.

It will help when your pooping footballs when our new D line comes a knocking.

Packers play like trash the first 8 weeks of the season. So I don't get their optimism. Also, they say the "Seahawks ain't what they used to be on D" I say the same thing to Packers fans and their D at it's best gave up 21 points a game.

Well, we play like trash to open seasons as well. This game to me is a toss-up. I'm expecting loss because it's in Lambeau, our little house of horrors. But I am expecting big things this season, barring the 'ol injury bug. Remember 2013? Remember how we were mostly healthy all year? Well, there ya go. Stay healthy boys...

As long as we can keep the score respectable, I'll be satisfied. I have zero expectations for week one on the road. Expect Rodgers to pick on Griffin and Lane early and often.

I expect Richardson and Bennett to pick on Rodgers early and often as well. Leftovers for Clark and Avril to chew on in between snaps.

It will be a typical Seattle 'take your blood pressure meds' game. I don't see GB running away with it, but I can totally see us going into halftime down 10-13 points.
Ahh, hell... GB by a field goal because it takes us 48 minutes for us to pull our head outta our butt cheeks.

This game depends entirely on Green Bay's offensive line. If the starting five are in there (assuming Bulaga is healthy) I don't see any defense putting a ton of pressure on Rodgers. However if even ONE GB Olinemen gets hurt, then Seattle defense will feast. Green Bay's backups failed to become serviceable this off season. Barring Oline injury Green Bay will not be beat in Lambeau with a healthy squad.
