Someone explain to me how this drill could possibly benefit OL play?

This explains why I've seen our linemen perform a "jump block". Can't remember who it was, but it was pretty pathetic.

He's looking to create some Power Forwards for the NBA out of Guards and Tackles in the NFL.

They might be practicing knocking down slant passes into traffic to avoid picks.

I was going to comment, but I can't after this one. You win.

When the D line bats up a pass the oline needs to just knock it down.

Cable is bad though.

Without context, who knows? Maybe they aren't doing a drill. Maybe it's "fat man football", though I'd have expected that on Friday or Saturday.

It's pretty obviously a hand/eye coordination and quickness drill with the competition factor to make them go as quickly as they can, but that doesn't fit the narrative you guys are going for.

I mean Cable is badz. He iz ruin our linez and turnz them defensez.

Remember Tom Cable is the anti-coach, he makes players worse.

Trying to see which one has the best hands to play tight end so we can have a large receiving threat in the endzone which we lack right now. :stirthepot:
