I know she was a fave around here a few years ago. Still working Root Sports for M's games.

She was diagnosed with breast cancer. Hate to see anybody have to face that. Don't have a lot of details, apparently just diagnosed, so no long term prognosis yet. But if you know her and have her Twitter or other social network handles, might want to send her some well wishes.

She seems in good spirits, so wishing her the best.

That's always true with any form of cancer. Sounds like she's on top of it.

Yeah, I have loved Angie ever since they brought her on. It's nice to have an extremly knowledgeable woman's perspective on sports. I lost my dad to cancer when I was in HS and I hate it with a passion. I hope she kicks it's ass!

Always loved watching Angie, very intelligent with a great spirit. Even my wife knows I've always had a crush on her. I wish her much improved health and a successful battle against that insidious disease. Go Angie!
