On the broadcast on Sunday, there was a graphic that popped up (that I can't find) that stated at the Seahawks under Pete Carroll are 2-10 on the road during the month of September (perfect record at home). I couldn't believe it, so I looked it up. Absolutely true.
Both victories came the same year.
2013.
Crap!
Also, any .Net vets will remember our old controversial enemy. Grass. We don't play as well on grass. Slows down the team speed that we have. Throws off route timing. However, grass obviously equates to being on the road and how much of this is equated to our road woes is hard to parse.
Put it together and I'm pessimistic about the game this weekend. I think Tennessee will be able to score 17. Can the offense put up 20? I think this game hinges on our ability to do so and until I see this line come together like I think they will, I don't like our chances Sunday.
