For those who don't listen to these for whatever reason the interesting bits were:

- Rams offense is thriving partly due to a fast tempo. Defense looks like vintage Wade Phillips (simplified one gap 3-4). Nobody like Aaron Donald in terms of quickness, 4.6 guy who can be a nightmare. They're ready for ST trickery from Hekker.

- Rawls is anxious and ready to go, he's had an extra couple of weeks to get back. Quinton Jefferson jumps right into rotation with Bennett.

- Thorpe and Odhiambo are practicing, they'll see how they respond. Lane will be a late week decision

- Avril will be out (possible long term issue). Marcus Smith will get a lot of playing time along with increased snaps for Frank Clark as a result. Reed is playing as good as anybody technique wise, really nice player.

- Biggest improvement with OL has been communication. Aboushi has helped Ifedi play better with communication.
