Quinton Jefferson's status as ruled out is a little disappointing given that he was just signed to fill out the rotation during the absence of Cliff Avril. Only 7 defensive linemen available for the rotation verses the Rams.

Apparently, that is a question the press is planning to ask.

If Wilhoite is out, I guess Garvin steps in? I think we're already having Garvin help with ST duties.

Questionable means he's likely to play....doubtful would mean it's not likely. Best guess is he starts and Garvin plays in ST where he excels

Jefferson and Prosise are put on every injury report as out, it's assumed.

Jefferson: "Pete, I'm fine, I haven't played since the pre-season, I can go!"
Pete: "Eh, I don't think so buddy. Fool me once.............."

Well hopefully we got some info on the Rams playbook from him at least. Jefferson is the Prosise of DL. Or Jordan Hill 2.0.

Out 4 weeks? He can't play with the club?

Injury Reports are often a mix of bad news and good news.

The good news is that we get to see more of Shaquill Griffin at right corner. And, more of Justin Coleman on the inside.

Frank Clark should get the start at right end. And, Marcus Smith should see more snaps in the rotation.

The quick and sudden J.D. McKissic will return for key moments. Rawls is scheduled to return and Lacy will get more opportunities.

Rees Odhiambo returns as one tough and determined man. I have nothing but the up most respect for his commitment.

Should be an engaging game. Fun times :2thumbs:
