That was right after the game. He was responding to all the tweets he got from all over the NFL. Just like when Earl got hurt, he was emotional after the game. Still in game mode.

Was not saying goodbye, he was saying he is supporting his team and will do what ever he can to make it back.

Why would Sherman be saying good bye when he said he'd be around to support his team?

Sherm wears his emotions on his sleeve. I am quite sure how soon he desires to get back on the field will depend on how his team finishes the season. More than likely, two months out of the cast, he will be chomping at the bit to get back into shape.

I hear ya OP..... if you are sherm with the trade rumors over the offseason, you are going to be 30, last year of your deal, play declining a bit (not much, but it is)....it has to be on his mind that it was his last game as a hawk.

That's what I'm thinking too...He knows the front office was trying to shop him around before the injury....now he KNOWS his time as a hawk is at the end.
