1st Quarter Urgency

If Seattle would play the 1st quarter like they do the 4th we would be OK. It just feels like we need to spot the other team several points before we decide to start playing. The Atlanta game gave up 14 points early in the first quarter, a big hole to climb out of to a good football team.

First Quarters and Penalties are the real problem. Without those weekly problems we have 2-3 more wins than we do now. Great passion tonight, played hard and not bad in the secondary considering all the issues there. Still think we can win the NFC West and host one home game.

That's where it has to start exactly. But for some reason it's how you finish & not how you start mentality, that runs deep in the Seahawk lockeroom

Seattle lets other teams dictate the flow of the game, also a coaching problem.

It all comes back to coaching.
