(note, posting this before the Cardinals game)

When I think about evaluating Pete's performance this year I have to ask myself if McDowell hadn't been dumb, Avrill, Cam and Richard not injured, Bobby and KJ not missing the Rams game and all the RB injuries, etc. would it have been a much different season?

Can we cut Pete some slack due to all of the injuries? Part of me says yes, but then I think what we have goes beyond injuries this year. So if we cut all the injuries are we 10-4 or 11-3?

We do have lots of threads open on Pete, the state of the Seahawks, etc. please stick to the existing threads and keep the board a little clean heading into the big day.

From a personal standpoint, you can cut Pete some slack for any reason you see fit.

It’s not like every Seahawk fan is blaming him.
Many fans are thankful and appreciate him for what he’s accomplished, and hope that he stays forever.

I’m not taking either side here but there are plenty that would argue that Pete doesn’t need any slack cut.
