Hope everyone enjoys a safe and happy New Year's Eve with family and friends today. I will be surrounded by 69,000 fellow 12's. May the Hawks and Panthers be victorious today!

If not? Keep positive and have faith the franchise will make the moves necessary this offseason to remove pieces that are no longer working and add pieces that will.

This team is NOT that far away from regaining their strength. Some key player and personnel moves will do wonders.

Happy New Year to everyone on this forum, thanks Todd! Yes, always next year... and now I have to decide who to barrack for in absentia in the playoffs. Certainly Buffalo (whose fans know heartbreak beyond measure), and to a lesser extent, maybe KC and Philly. And anyone against NE or Steelers.

I at least have a MASSIVE sporting joy of my own this year (back-to-back!), but I'll post that in the appropriate sub-forum.

For now (it is mid-arvo NYD here), I'm walking from my hotel room to the nearby bottlo, because my bottle of gin is empty.
