We MUST figure out the 2018 draft

Yes, the coaches were poor. Yes, we had some tough luck. But I believe our biggest issue is that we have been very poor in the recent drafts.

Unless we can figure out the upcoming draft, we will be the 3rd best team in the NFC West. Especially, when we know that most guys who have carried this team in the last 4 years will be gone.

Whatever we did prior to the Wilson, Wagner draft needs to be repeated. Next season will be a rebuilding season. But we need to focus on doing the right things.

I hope some of the Great thinking minds on this forum start soon so that the coaches can come here and read it. I am losing faith in the way it has been handled the last few tries.

Nah, we have a solid line. They're just being used wrong. See: Zone Blocking Scheme

Bradley Sowell was starting for the Bears today. We have a number of other offensive linemen that are playing elsewhere. Our line issues are a result of coaching, plain and simple. How they coach the scheme doesn't put them in a position to be successful.
