With the tone of this off season I kind of get the feeling something surprising will happen on draft day like trading a big name on our team for more picks or someting else? Just not sure what that something else could be?

When the draft is over I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of us say, "wow, I didn't see that happening".

Trying to predict Pete and John on draft day is kind of impossible, even for the experts.

Not trading back with the first pick would be a huge surprise!

Here's my surprise. Not only do they not trade back, but they use the 18th pick on Baker Mayfield, who slips down to them.

“Biggest surprise” trading up to No 1 and taking a player nobody ever heard of

Biggest likely surprise - not trading down

Trading our 1st for a late 2nd and late 3rd and taking Shaquem Griffin with one of those picks. I just have a strange feeling they are going to make a play for him for some reason.

Is there such a thing as a "Fan Revolt"? We would sure find out IF they traded away RW. I can see "burning season tickets" parties and games with 3500 total people in attendance. This fan base and the Seahawks top brass would be very much at odds with each other and that could be the end of the franchise.

Not trading out of the first round would surprise me.
Trading Russ or Earl would be beyond stupid.

A WOW, I didn't see that coming -

Drafting Vita Vea at 18. He should go before our pick, and we have already added d-lineman to the reserve. If he's there we should consider it, but I think they would still trade down for extra picks.

The only other thing that would shock me is adding a pure athlete over "a football baller". I think we have learned our lesson. We need dawgs with a nasty personality!

They keep the 18th pick and grab a kicker with it. Lmao.

It could happen. This is Pete Carroll we're talking about.

Before you say it could not happen, just remember, he decided to pass instead...

The biggest surprise Seattle could pull on draft day is using their first pick on someone that would actually get fans excited instead of sending them back to Mel Kiper's archives muttering "Who?".

It wouldn't be a popular decision of course. The RW/fantasy and bandwagon fans may well leave.
At the end there will still be a Blue Pride waiting list and our Seahawks team will still sell out every game
for a few seasons @ least...End of the franchise? :roll Look at the bold I put up above for this.
