I like it. Good depth pick, if nothing else. LoB will be sorting itself out looking for Version 2.0. LoB is not just about the front 4 guys, it's also about the guys that come off the bench, the 5th, 6th, and 7th guys too.

:2thumbs:

Good stuff, I like the "up to 3 mil" part of it.

Yeah, thats a pretty good deal for us. Updated title to reflect the "up to" part.

This is huge

Guess they hoped to pick up more 2nd round picks and draft someone as leverage. Now that didnt happening

Outstanding!

Love the timing. I'm checking off that DB box. Any other add will be gravy.

Who would of thought he might be the last LOB member to play here...

Especially when considering, at least relative to Sherm, Earl and Kam, that Maxwell had the most injury concerns early in his career.

Funny how things work out. He does have a game that should age decently enough, long and crafty.

It's kind of been proven that Maxie plays better in our system than he does elsewhere. Perhaps he thinks whatever incentives (up to $3 mill implies some incentives) there are in the deal are LTBE in his mind.

Perfect.

Now add Holton Hill and Tony Brown in the middle rounds please since they're going to miss out on Isaiah Oliver and Josh Jackson.

Can't wait to see him punch footballs out of fools hands! :3-1:

That's right. It does address the caustic ratio emphasis via returning an important turn over contributor. Maxwell should provide a veteran leadership role as well. Exciting addition on day two.

My guess is they still WILL pick up another 2nd today with Earl getting traded.

Very glad they got Maxwell signed too!!

As for ET...::Clayton says *allas is out, especially with the Witten retirement today, as they have another hole to fill.
He gives it a 10% chance with Cleveland.

I feel much better with Maxwell being on the roster. He is no Sherman, but he is good in our system and I think we got him at a good price.
