Sounds like something potentially cool.

When he says "Get used to seeing me more on TV", I sure hope he means on the side lines as a coach or assistant or something.

Pure speculation... he's joining the Hawk's coaching staff as Mike Solari's assistant.

I think it means he will be a color analyst for the team. Like KIRO or Q13 or something in that capacity. Just my guess.

He waited until Cable's product was off the field for the sake of his own sanity.

I would love to see Big Walt as an Asst. Coach. Duane Brown said he asked a lot of questions when he saw him during mini camp. And, he's a pro bowler!

LOL, even with his wonky knees he'd probably be better than the guys we have here now at RT.

One of my all time favourite Seahawks players, Big Walt needs to be a coach and pass on his incredible knowledge of how to play OT to the crew we have on the roster now and to come.

I hope he is going to be an assistant coach for the team.

We all wanted this for a long time, hopefully he will be groomed to become Solari's successor. Still probably the best player we've ever had

He was drumming up his photography business the other day.

He already stated he's not doing announcing via radio or TV. And I don't know of any open coaching positions on the Hawks.

Could be something Sounders or something else.

This i like !!!

Doubt it.

He's been taking a lot of sideline pics at Sounders matches, so my guess is he'll do the same for the Hawks. In some sort of media/photographer/media member capacity.

This was my thinking... he's gonna be Rod Mar's back up.

Not exactly what I wanted to hear. However, it's great we will get to hear from him and gain his perspective on the team.
