The extent of the injury is unknown.

Alexander looked pretty good at SS. He plays with physicality. If Thompson can’t go Week 1, that could push McDougald to FS.

Yikes, I HATE hearing the word "stinger". So many players over the years were forced to retire after initially being diagnosed with a "stinger". Kam, Cliff, and David Wilson immediately come to mind. T2's was a shot to the ribs, but just the association of the word makes me cringe.
