When do the Hawks announce their cuts?

Austin Davis on IR? Really? Did he get a terrible hangnail during the game on Thursday?

Jordan Roos, really? Wow...I thought he was progressing nicely and brought some strength to the interior. Then again, I'm hardly a trained football mind.

I'd like to see Roos and Grayson make the practice squad, along with McGough.

Roos became expendable with Sweezy being signed I think but should end up on PS unless Cable pitches for him. Raiders cut a few lineman also. We know how that works.

None very surprising. Talent gap was pretty obvious this year.

More to come though.

Man, Roos is very surprising. Keeping Sweezy over him is a head scratcher. Sweezy did absolutely nothing in TB and made good money. Comes back here, does absolutely nothing, and makes the team. Hmm, I don't like it. Hopefully Roos can end up on the PS, but I doubt it. He should be scooped up pretty quick.

Delano Hill was so atrocious in the preseason. He should have been cut after game 2. I can't believe he made the team. This is purely a "we used a 3rd rounder on him" pride situation.

I am cool with the cuts this year. The only thing I didn't like was cutting Mo Alexander (an experienced safety.) I would've sacrificed Odhiambo to keep him. They have Sweezy, & Hunt to be the backups on the interior already.

It is picking nits though. They did a good job this year with the cuts. No crazy WTFs.

1 injury at Safety now though, and D Hill will be in the game.

Hill over Alexander is pretty crazy. Hill has not played well, even on special teams. Alexander has been alright. He was more physical than our other options.

Marshall, Moore, and Ford all made it. I’m happy.

I was a big Roos proponent going into the pre-season. I came away disappointed. I am not surprised he was cut.
