He kept this game close. A ton of Denver's drivers was inside their own 10.

If we can keep our defense consistent it could actually be decent. His play today definitely saved us some points. Helped us get some too.

Wow, first game and he sets an NFL record. Not a Rookie record. AN NFL RECORD!

Special.

His longest punt went 69 yards (net) and bounced out at the 2 yard line. That’s 80+ yards in the air. Granted, it was in Mile High, but if he can keep that consistency...

Hall of Fame Punter Michael Dickson is on pace to set an NFL record with 5520 net punting yards.

I'm surprised this thread is buried. I didn't get to see him in preseason so this was my first time watching him.

I've never seen anything like him before.

I saw a tweet earlier that said having Dickson punt in Denver is like using a cheat code, lol

I wonder how many Broncos execs were laughing about our draft day trade yesterday

Yet many "12s" were mad that they picked a punter. How cute

He was my favorite pick of the draft, and sadly I knew we would need the hell out of him. :irishdrinkers:

Yesterday watching the game with my neighbor/Broncos fan, he told me he was not impressed.

I was like, "Say wha?" He was killing it.

That is awesome Todd. Was he able to say it with a straight face?

I was at the game and the Broncos fans in my section absolutely noticed.

He changes the field position on a regular basis, amazing what he's able to do. And I suspect he'll get even better.

Somehow, PFF graded Dickson as average. Some of their grading methodology is trash. They don’t seem to give any benefit to punts inside the 20/10/5. Hmm...

In his defense, their punter did pretty well, too.

Denver fans can have a mediocre kicker and he will look great in Denver, they do have a bit of aide there stat wise. So seeing someone really good doesn't impact them as much.
