Like, as in, new fans?
Last I checked the sky really is holding.
So we have a new coaching staff under Pete. New schemes. A whole slew of new faces. A youth movement. Russell doesn't play his best but even under duress all day he still slings the rock in hostile territory for 3 TDs. The new look defense had 3 turnovers...Uncle Will had a coming out party...
There were plenty of things that didn't go our way yet we were still in the game all the way into the final seconds. The cards were already stacked against us. 88 degrees, high altitude in what is considered one of the worst places to try to get a win for a season opener.
Yet, apparently in Week ONE, having lost only by 3 points, Russell is no longer elite despite what Von Miller says. This team is garbage, is 8-8 at best, have no shot at the playoffs...
That is some weak sauce from ANY fan after a Week ONE loss.
