Not trying to start a “moral victory thread” but trying to get through my PO’ed-ness.

#26 had a couple of great picks tonight. One of the few brightspots.
The defense being as patchworked as it was played a bit better than I expected.

Not a moral victory at all, he balled out tonight. I could see his confidence building. Made some great tackles too.

He’s gonna be a pro bowl CB soon. Sherm took him under his wing and that high pointed interception was perfect. Lots of sure tackles tonight by him as well. A stable of him, mcdougald, and earl is a nice building block to the future secondary.

The pieces are there for a very serviceable secondary. Quil, Mac, Earl. Time will tell.

Essentially a healthy and not suspended back half of Kendrick, Wagner, Wright, Quill, McDougald, and ET is pretty damn strong.

DL is a mess though. But Frank Clark did have a promising game.

Norton has to find a way to put consistent pressure on the opposing QB.
If the front 4 can’t get there, you need to blitz a linebacker, safety, or corner.
