Schottenheimer looks lost

I truly believe that Schottenheimer does not have a plan for this offense. Last night they come out and try and establish the run to some vary of success and did it with Carson. Then they completely abandoned the run for a chunk of the game only to try and establish it again at the end when they needed to move the ball quickly down the field? On top of this Penny was put in and Carson was mia? It just looks like he really is clueless on what to do in many situations and create a meaningful gameplan. Its almost like Russ is on his own. Maybe I'm wrong on this but the O looks like a ship without s captain.

It's only September. Plenty of season left for the pieces to come together and a rhythm to emerge.
