...Could have a scheme like the defense. PC is a defensive genius. He will have this defense humming by mid season. The offense has no plan, it is the complete opposite. Players thrive on defense, they have a vision. This offense meanwhile, you can plug HOF players in and there’s no game plan. Hire a real offensive coordinator or take the reins off, it’s not your forte.
