Morning 12's,

London game week is finally here :D

For us UK based fans, the excitement is building massively and I cant even begin to imagine what it will be like as the weekend gets ever closer....to all heading over to the UK this week, have a safe journey and enjoyable time in the UK!

Early start sunday for me and my group, but should be in the Wembley area from 1pm :irishdrinkers: :irishdrinkers: :irishdrinkers:

We had originally planned to make a full weekend of it, but unfortunately other commitments meant it wasn't possible so can only do Sunday.

I'm already clock watching at work...and don't finish till 5 on Friday!

What is the Seahawks pub?

The Barrowboy and Banker near London Bridge

I can't make it over for the game, because I'm going in December, but I think I'll have to stop in and check the place out while I'm there, just so I can say I've been to the London Seahawks Pub.

How early does the team get there when the game is in London?

Probably should not ask this but I am kinda wierd. Is there an Oakland Bar that their fans are attending? Just curious.

On Gamepass at the end of yesterday's game, it was stated that the team are leaving for London on Wednesday. I am thinking of going to Pub as it is near where I work. Are many people coming over going? I do not want to meet people who I can see in London any day of the week.

Both teams are leaving on Wednesday. Both being west coast teams mean travel pretty much balances out, which is a good thing. Better to play another west coast team and not an east coast team for a game like this.

I'm in London right now.
Decent number of Hawks on the red-eye to London last night. (Source: female from Enumclaw)
We've been in London/Edinburgh for a week now.
London will be crawling with Hawks by Thursday.

FWIW Gruden said in his phone presser with the Seahawks media that they are leaving Thursday evening after practice.

Thanks for the info. I had just heard on KIRO this morning that both teams were leaving on Wednesday. Looks like they spoke too soon

Gruden has admitted flying gives him vertigo (via PFT), so maybe his head’ll be on backwards come kickoff?

Looking forward to the game though! Wife and I have seen 4 previous Hawks games in Seattle/NY and so far undefeated. We’ll be with two Raiders fans to make it all a bit more fun.

No, it's an important issue. And how does one go about rioting with their fans?

The 12's are here in abundance. Walking around town I would estimate 15 or 20 Seahawks to every Raider fan.
One more thing, the UK fans do not gripe about the team like many on this board. The see the good things the team does and does not dwell on the nets.
Just my happy observation.
