We’re just not consistent enough. We’re not a top 4-6 team..so the sign of the ‘next tuwr’ is inconsistency. From qb play to play calling. Really disappointing but not a surprise. We have young players in every position..young players are inconsistent.

Yes, we are "in process". Still mostly entertaining to watch, not so much today, but we still were within 2 plays and 4 yards of a tie game and sending it to overtime. Now, what we hope to see from here on is players making those little trial-by-fire improvements week by week, that make us that much tougher as an opponent should we reach the playoffs.
