Outside of top 3 NFC contenders.

Easier:
6-5 Seahawks: vs 49ers, vs Vikes, @ 49ers, vs Chiefs, vs Cards
(Note: 4 of 5 games @ Home)

6-5 Cowboys: vs Saints, vs Eagles, @ Colts, vs Bucs, @ Giants
(Not the toughest after Saints but I could see them losing to any of those teams)

6-5 Panthers: @ Bucs, @ Browns, vs Saints, vs Falcons, @ Saints
(Note: 3 Away Games. Panthers are 1-4 on the road)

Harder:
6-5 Redskins: @ Eagles, vs Giants, @ Jags, vs Titans, vsEagles
(Note: 3 Away Games. Losing Alex Smith was huge)

4-5-1 Packers: @ Vikes, vs Cards, vs Falcons, @ Bears, @ Jets, vs Lions
(Note: 3 Away Games where Pack are 0-5 on the road. )

5-4-1 Vikings: vs Packs, @ Pats, @ Hawks, vs Dolphins, @ Lions, vs Bears
(Note: These next 3 weeks of games are as tough of a stretch as any)

5-6 Eagles: vs Redskins, @ Cowboys, @ Rams, vs Texans, @ Redskins
(Note: All opponents have winning records as of now)

Not doing 4-7 teams (Bucs, Falcons, Lions) as they not only have to win out at this point but hope other teams lose.

Panthers and Vikings still scare me. There's too much talent on both teams.

For sure, winning against GB and Panthers back to back was massive for us. Really set us up to grasp our destiny firmly. Now we just need to focus on one game at a time and do what we do.

Cowboys is pretty brutal. Colts, Eagles, and Saints are all going to be tough

I feel like Carolina (Saints twice!) has a tougher road than Green Bay.....

Things look pretty decent for our playoff chances.

1. 4 of the last 5 games at home.
2. We own head to head tie-breakers over Dallas, GB and Carolina.
3. We still get to play the Vikings at CenturyLink.
4. Washington lost their starting QB.

Obviously we need to take care of our own business but if we win then we no longer need to care about what others are doing.

I think we can only lose 1 to get in..maybe 2. Gotta beat the garbage teams and pull of a win vs the chiefs or Vikings.

You might be right....but which two teams are getting in ahead of us at 9-7?

Carolina will be 9-7 at best. Nope.

Skins? Nope

Minnesota maybe....but they would need to get to 9 wins. Gonna be tough.

Ditto for Green Bay.

The only way we don't get in at 9-7 is if both Green Bay and Minny get to 9-6-1. Possible but unlikely.

If we can’t beat the Vikings at home, we have no business making the playoffs anyways.
