The Seahawks defeated the Vikings 21-7 in a defensive battle that mimicked the formidable days of 2012. Russell Wilson had the lowest passer rating of his career and the Hawks only managed 72 yards through the air, but were still able to commit to their run identity with 214 yards on the ground.

The night belonged to the defense though, and Pete Carroll praised their tackling prowess as well as their spirit.

Later in the hour, former Seahawks QB Matt Hasselbeck on why seeing the Hawks succeed is still so important to him.

The show wraps with the Hot List... the SEC was overwhelming represented on the AP's All America team, but three Huskies and a Coug received honors as well.
