Because the records over the last few seasons its gard to see how good of a job PC has done.

Deserves to be part of the conversation. Still think Nagy wins, deservedly

Really Nagy? He was gifted Khalil Mack on an already excellent defense and basically just managed Trubisky on offence. It was the 2012 Seahawks all over again.

Similarly Lynn has put together a great season with a star packed lineup. Rivers, Gordon, Bosa, Ingram, Gates, James, Williams.

I think Carroll and Reid are the guys that have brought the most to the table. Reid has been a QB whisperer getting that offence to singlehandedly win games with their weak defense. Carroll has been brave enough to totally go against the grain and produce a run heavy offence in a pass heavy league combined with his already much copied patented cover 3 defense that gets the job done even with a group of JAGs and Bobby Wagner.

Putting a perennial underachieving franchise into the playoffs isn't a noteworthy achievement if you ask me. Putting a rebuilding team into the playoffs a year ahead of schedule is something to be proud of.
