57 catches on 70 targets for 965 yards, 16.9 yards per reception, 10 TDs, and zero INTs when targeted.

Lockett’s final catch of the season was a beaut:

Every year he has gotten better and better. He's a pleasure to watch blow by defenders, for a smooth Td. Some people won't agree with me,but he reminds me of Antonio brown

This is the second time this has happened in NFL history (minimum 50 targets).

The other time was Robert Meachem from Drew Brees in 2009 when the Saints won the Super Bowl.

That kind of play has happened to us over the years, it is so satisfying to see Russ and Lock hook up like that.

Boy did we underpay for him... That production?

Err wait, did we overpay and make a huge mistake? I'm so confused.

9 Wide receivers were taken before Lockett including SIX in the first round.

#4 Amari Cooper - The only player who has outperformed Lockette.
#7 Kevin White - Bears special teamer (wow what a bust)
#14 Davante Parker - Dolphins backup WR
#20 Nelson Agoholor - Solid player for the Eagles but Lockette has better touchdown numbers
#27 Phillip Dorsett - backup wideout
#29 Rashad Perriman - backup wideout

Not bad for a guy we though would be mostly a return specialist.

Too bad we couldn't get him 35 more yards. People like to track the number of thousand yard seasons that a WR has.
