It depends on who wins the other Wildcard matchup. The seeding is what they're showing here, not the outcome of the actual games.

If both Hawks and Chicago win, We'll flip sides. and higher seed from Wildcard plays lower seed in divisional round, and vice-versa.

If Hawks and Eagles both win then the Hawks play the Rams.

The rule is the lowest surviving wildcard team will face New Orleans and the highest surviving wildcard team will face the LA Rams. What that means in practice is that the Seattle@Dallas game does not determine where the winner goes. That determination is made by the Philadelphia@Chicago game. If Philly wins, as the lowest possible seed they must face New Orleans (leaving the Seattle-Dallas winner to face the Rams) but if Chicago wins, as the highest possible wildcard seed, they have to face the Rams (leaving the Seattle-Dallas winner to face New Orleans).
