Bobby Wagner is once again the NFL’s #1 LB

Wagner made all 138 of his tackle attempts. He also has 12 passes defended, two forced fumbles, and a 98-yard INT TD. He was the only LB this year with over 125 tackles and 10 or more passes defended.

This was Wagner’s third-consecutive season with over 130 tackles and seventh-consecutive season with over 100 tackles. He has won more games as a starter in his first seven seasons than any other LB in NFL history.

Great stats. Buuuuut, it's only because we've had a great defense that he's won so many games. He can't actually carry a team. Er, wait. . . it's only because of Russ and the offense that he's winning so much. Uh, I'm confused by all of this.

Pete, Russ, Doug and Bobby. We are lucky to have them on our team.
I would love to see them win another SB together. Hopefully, it will be this year.

Fact

Been the #1 LB for some time now - according to me and that's the only stat that matters - to me.

Wags is the man.

Plus we're the same height so that makes him even cooler.

He's a critical part of our defense. For us to lose everyone we did (Bennett, Sherman, Chancellor, Thomas, etc) and still be playing well as a defense, I think a lot of credit has to go his way.

First-ballot HOF?

I think you could make a strong case for that.

Him and Keuchley play the position so well.

He is 28...it would take a tremendous collapse for him not to end up being first ballot. One of, if not the best linebackers of generation, has a ring, seems crystal clear to me
