This is what I had hoped would happen after Iupati got done.

I suspect the agent for Fluker needed to see the $ that Iupati signed for to move his client towards re-signing.

When this gets done the team has pretty good OLine depth for this season.

The title needs amending however, as DJ Fluker is a RG.

If both Iupati and Fluker are healthy the team now has a pair of legit road graders at OG.

Four first rounders on our 2019 OL, with both Lupati and Brown being all-pro and pro bowl. Our OL should be in good shape, if these guys can stay healthy and Ifedi does not regress.

Consider for a moment that Duane Brown at 6’4 - 315, is the smallest projected starter on our offensive line.

Now that the legion of boom is no more, I hope the creative minded out there can come with a nickname for this o-line.

Yet again, the front office is doing a good job. No need to make the huge splash, all while people are freaking out every time another team overpays a guy. This move was a must imo. He's clearly a leader and a flat out beast in the running game.

My hope going into the off-season was for Iupati and Fluker. If we can get it done I think this OL will both talented and deep.

We just need health.
Unfortunately that will be a theme going forward with Fluker, and Iupati. They both have issues with health, as did Sweezy. I really want to lock down one of those guard spots going into the draft with a prospect.

Great news! We have Fant and Ifedi who are both still getting better and a few younger guys who showed some potential in Jones and Simmons and still have Pocic who has some versatility but needs to take a big leap this year.

I'm feeling good about this OL and that is key to keeping the defense on their toes by pounding the rock.
