Wilson certainly has a flair for the dramatic.

This ought to quiet things down a little. Glad they got it done.

Now. Get some sleep!

My last post was he would have a new contract by next Monday at the latest looks like that deadline was legit. This is great news and good for him the man earned it. Now the FO can focus on getting our Superstar QB a great WR.

We just became the packers with a slightly worse QB.

They don't have Pete and John and they don't draft as well as us. Rogers has become injury prone i disagree completely.

I'm curious to see how they've structured the deal. Since we only have 10M in cap space, they really can't afford to front load his cap hit this time around. That's an average cap hit of 35M for all 4 years of his extension. Rodgers only has a single year over 35M.

We better hope the front office can get a deal done with Frank, so they can open some of that cap space his franchise tag is eating up. That would go a long way in helping us mitigate the medium term impact of Russell's new contract.

Franchise QB's don't get traded in there prime. I'm so happy Russ is going to stay in Seattle I love his positive nature and he never quits or lets bad plays affect him . He's an inspiration can't say that about many people.

It’s a huge investment, but you don let a top 5 QB in his prime walk. Sorry Florio and company, time to move onto your next click bait story.

GO HAWKS!!!!

We all knew they would have to open the vault door to keep him. The salary cap will go up in a couple years it won't look that bad.
