THE BLITZ WITH LYDIA CRUZ --- April 18, 2019

Russell Wilson, Pete Carroll and John Schneider spoke to the media yesterday to formally announce Wilson's 4-year, $140 million dollar contract extension. Wilson says the no-trade clause was the biggest sticking point, as remaining in Seattle was very important to him. He also explains the need for the April 15 deadline.

The NFL regular season schedule was released yesterday, and the Seahawks will have five primetime games in 2019, including two against the LA Rams.

Later in the hour, could WR be an early priority for the Hawks in this year's draft?

The show wraps with The Hot List... the Mariners drop their sixth straight game after facing some of the best pitching the AL has to offer.
