It's a fantasy site that I stumbled across. I don't play FF, but do find some good stuff by some of the sites dedicated to FF.
"Carson ran tough on his way to 1,151 yards, nine touchdowns, and 3.36 yards after contact per attempt (fourth-most in the league). His nine weekly top-20 fantasy finishes at the position trailed only five other running backs"
"Penny -- the 26th overall pick in last year's draft -- never came close to playing ahead of Carson and couldn't even hold down the No. 2 role ahead of Mike Davis last season. It would, however, be a mistake to write him off at age 23 after one disappointing season. Davis signed with Chicago, leaving behind 154 total touches from a year ago. Penny, whose 4.9 yards per attempt led all Seahawks running backs last season, figures to inherit most of that work, making him a viable low-end flex option for as long as Carson is healthy. If Carson were to miss time, Penny has the upside to swing leagues."
