"McDougald, 29, has played 98 games since entering the league in 2013. He originally signed as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas with the Chiefs. He then went to the Buccaneers before signing with the Seahawks in 2017.

He has 10 career interceptions and has played both safety spots. Last year he had 70 tackles, two interceptions, six passes defensed, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and a half a sack. In Seattle’s playoff victory over the Eagles, McDougald had a sack, two tackles for loss and 11 total tackles."

In no way disparaging Adams, but McDougald is not chopped liver. I wish him the best.
