Has the Pro Bowl alternates been released yet?

If they havent Mike Sando from ESPN might have let the cat out of the bag. This was a quote from the rising stock watch.

Yeah, Sherman as first alternate was known pretty shortly after the initial release of the rosters.

Yep, that is how we know that Brandon Mebane is the 4th alternate for DT. Seahawks listed all their players that made the Pro Bowl along with all the alternates.

Clemons is a first alternate as well, I believe.
