Is the no-huddle offense coming?

Teams are going to try to copy what the Rams did to the Seahawks and blitz just about every play. A good way to combat blitzing is to tire them out. A good way to tire them out would be a fast paced, no-huddle offense. Does anyone know if the Seahawks have been working on this?

I doubt it. The Rams had book-end monster DE's lined up on our backup Guard playing LT and our rookie at RT. They enjoyed an incredibly lopsided matchup that wasn't very manageable from our side. We're not likely to see anything quite so overwhelming for the remainder of the season. My bet is we stay in sputter-down-the-field mode until the vets return, if past history is any indication.

One change that Pete and Bevell talked about is to concentrate more on short passes. I hope so, because my knots up whenever Russ takes a deep drop. I laugh really hard when people talk about how he needs to 'move around in the pocket!' If there IS a pocket, it might fit a small watch inside.
