Percy Harvin didn't practice today. As per Pete

Wow. These last few days have been awful.

Did he say why?

The reason given is that "hes rehabbing"..

Being held out of a Tuesday practice doesn't mean he's not playing. Happens all the time.

Just probably being cautious.

Probably precautionary. Nothing to fuss over yet.

The team has been completely off for over a week. Missing the first practice after a bye week does NOT "happen all the time."

Harvin is only 1 game back from a major injury absence. To be rehabbing early in the week is common

Yup. Look at the players who have been held out of any given practice this year, then compare it to who has sat gameday.

Play #1: Hand Percy the Ball
Play #2: Toss Percy the Ball

Do that about 10 to 15 times a game and you're probably good for about 250 yards and a couple Touch Downs.

I hope he didn't re-aggravate anything during the Vikings game

Beast Mode wants to get on the action too.

Breno has been on the roster and neither guy missed as much time as Harvin.....Harvin hadn't played since the middle of last season. There's a huge difference.

Sure, it probably means nothing. But it would have been nicer if he had said, "Yeah, Percy was a full go today." like the way he referenced Kearse so easily. It just gives the impression that maybe there might have been a setback.

or they might just be being as cautious as possible bringing him back, like they have from the very start.

WR in practice is the position I'm least worried about getting a bunch of reps.

Kearse had a concussion. It's different circumstances. This is more akin to Lynch who gets held out at least one practice a week since forever. Last i checked he missed what, the Browns game two years ago?

There is no such thing as a healthy football player.
