don't think i have seen anyone else mention that yet.

Clearly winning a Super Bowl is most important, but once the Hawks accomplish that I also like the sound of that stretch.

Next year going for 7-11, 7th in 11 years. Pretty damn impressive considering the 2nd best team only has 2.

If your talking about the 49ers they have 3 in the last ten years

You sure? I was pretty sure the 2003-4 NFC West winners were the Rams. Seattle had the division crown in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. Arizona got it in 2008 and 2009. Seattle got it in 2010. San Fran got it in 2011 and 2012. Seattle just won it in 2013.

Looks like the OP was right. Two Niner Div crowns in the last ten years.

they only have two in the last 10 seasons... 2004 Season to 2013 Season. Even Wikipedia says so, so what's better proof than that?! :D

2004 Seattle Seahawks 9-7-0 Lost NFC Wild Card Playoffs
2005 Seattle Seahawks 13-3-0 Won Divisional and NFC Championship Games, Lost Super Bowl XL
2006 Seattle Seahawks 9-7-0 Won NFC Wild Card Playoffs, Lost NFC Divisional Playoffs
2007 Seattle Seahawks 10-6-0 Won NFC Wild Card Playoffs, Lost NFC Divisional Playoffs
2008 Arizona Cardinals 9-7-0 Won Wild Card, Divisional and NFC Championship Games, Lost Super Bowl XLIII
2009 Arizona Cardinals 10-6-0 Won Wild Card Game, Lost NFC Divisional Playoffs
2010 Seattle Seahawks 7-9-0 Won NFC Wild Card Playoffs, Lost NFC Divisional Playoffs
2011 San Francisco 49ers 13-3-0 Won Divisional Game, Lost NFC Championship Game
2012 San Francisco 49ers 11-4-1 Won Divisional and NFC Championship Games, Lost Super Bowl XLVII
2013 Seattle Seahawks 13-3-0 TBC NFC Divisional Playoffs

2013 Super Bowl Champs and NFC West winners 6 of the last 10 seasons baby!

Now it's time to go for 2 in a row and 7 of 11. If accomplished that is sheer dominance in the division and the league that cannot be argued.

Didn't you hear ? The Niners should've won the division this year because they had a better divisional record. So in their fan bases minds' they won it this year.

I've seriously seen that on some message boards. Amongst all the crying about PEDs, cheating with crowd noise, cheating with Pete Carroll, holding WRs all the time, hitting too hard, and cheating in general by being too physical.

Funny thing is Donkey fans cry almost as much.

ORLY? In that case San Fransisco should give back their last NFC title because the Rams with a 4-1-1 Division record in 2012 really should have been NFCW champs.

[Besides, we TIED San Fran in division record at 4-2 for both teams.]
