I thought to myself the other day they would want to talk to Bevell. I believe after all is said and done Bevell goes and Quinn stays. If the Vikes do take Bevell then they would be taking our version of a "poison pill".

I don't get why they think Bevell is head coaching material.

Because Russell is making him look good and Bradley is doing so well in Jacksonville.

Don't want to lose Quinn, wouldn't mind experimenting with someone else besides Bevell.

Apparently we are only doing one thread for these, so I'll put it here....Redskins are also looking to interview Bevell for their coaching vacancy

the Vikings want Bevell back?
but surely they noticed how he is the worst coordinator in the league when he was there the first time?
surely those guys have far more experience than the fans and can understand that Bevell is an awful coordinator who is just lucky whenever one of his predictable plays comes off?

I just ventured into enemy territory found this piece of gold...

Redskins announced they plan to interview Seattle OC Darrell Bevell for their head coaching job. I hope they hire him. IMO, Bevell is a big reason for Russell Wilson's success. He fit the offense and the plays to take advantage of Wilson's unique skill set and brought him along at a pace that did not ask him to do too much but did increase his learning curve. He is one of the best play callers in the league. Been an NFL coach for 12 years, IIRC. Losing him would be a blow to the Seahawks.

Not sure i agree 100% but It's an interesting perspective.

Lol you can tell the 9ers are hard up for offense if they think that about Bevell.

Would rather have him focusing on getting our middling offence going rather than trying to trick a team into hiring him as their Head Coach

According to BR team stream the Vikes have requested to interview both of our coordinators?

Probably because his team just had 13-3 and 11-5 playoff seasons.
