This Seahawks team very much reminds me of the 1990 Giants, Phil's team, although he was injured all season (making Jeff Hostetler the starter). That team was built on a brutal power running game let by Ottis Anderson (SB25 MVP) and a hard-nosed defense that put an extra defensive back in to help counter the Buffalo Bills high-flying offense. I think that this sort of informs Phil's position, having seen something like this before.
