I've been doing it since 12:12pm on 12/12/2012. No joke. I have a photo of my car's clock showing 12:12 on 12/12/2012. Ever since then I have used 12:12 as a time of day or night that I say to myself, out loud..."The Seahawks are going to be Super Bowl Champions." or something along those lines. It's a focusing tool, a visualization technique, sort of like meditation. Russell is all about seeing something, envisioning something before it happens, and I believe that is one of the reasons he is so successful. It's a philosophy I believe in strongly. 12:12 has become a time to stop whatever I'm doing and focus on a dream or vision I would like to see created into reality.
I believe this creative visualization will finally manifest into reality today.

Not so fast. I have a couple more shows to watch and delete so my DVR is almost empty (I'm not deleting the NFCCG yet) to record SBXLVIII and all the post game shows I plan on watching after I get home tonight.

My fighter squadron was the 421st. We all set our watches to go off at 421 pm. People would wig out when all of us were together and 30 alarms would go off. I respect this tradition
