Than it was going into the NFCCG. Most picked the 49rs to win despite evidence to show that the Hawks would be likely victors. The media and the public is grabbing onto what is comforting and what they know: Peyton Manning. This team has proven the doubters wrong the entire season and they will have to do so in this game. Most of the public does not know who the Seahawks are but after this game the world will know exactly who they are.

Except the Niners are a better team than the Broncos, I agree. Remember that in the playoffs after the WC round, the experts were saying "Bet on the NFC" for the superbowl because the NFC playoff teams were top to bottom better than any of the AFC playoff teams.

What has changed since then? Nothing.
