He didn't get a piece of it. Was just a complete duck because he couldn't step into it and was rushing to get rid of it due to Avril's pressure.

I doubt it was tipped since it was an overthrow. If it had been tipped, it would have been short, not long. It's just a bad pass, something Manning is well known to do 1-2 times in every game.

They showed the view looking straight on at Manning from the defensive side of the ball during the broadcast, it wasn't tipped.

See that was the view I saw and it looked tipped. However I just looked at the view from behind Manning and it wasn't even close. I apologize. At the time we thought it was tipped. What a bad throw.
