But honestly, how weird are NFL locker rooms, cant they let those guys get dressed before the media(including women) come in with a million camera's and mic's?

You can thank Melissa Ludtke and Michele Himmelberg for that. Ludtke successfully sued MLB for equal access to locker rooms and Himmelberg threatened to sue the Tampa Bay Bucs/ NFL for equal access to their locker room. As long as the locker room is open to media members, it is open to all media members regardless of sex.

If a female locker room is open to members of the media for interviews, then yes male media members can go into their locker rooms as well.
