Walter Thurmond III - NY Jets, they've cut Cromartie and with Idizik being a cap guru, could be a low cost high reward guy for the Jets to go across from Dee Miliner

Breno Giacomini - I think he's re-signed after the market settles and Breno's camp see's his true value, Seahawks get their RT back for a desirable deal.

Tarvaris Jackson - Re-signed after a few days

Golden Tate - I'm honestly up in the air here, could easily see him in Jets or Panthers uniform, but I have a feeling they're going to eek out a deal before the start of Free Agency.

Wildcard outside guy to be brought in in James Jones from Green Bay, totally dependent on what happens with Golden obviously. Dude was good in GB, whether that was a product of the offense and Aaron Rodgers, I have no clue.

Breno- stays, same reason - nobody's gonna open up the checkbook for him

Golden - stays, 4 years 19m 9.5m guaranteed

No one is thinking we grab a OL for veteran presence and extra competition? We really could use 2 great lineman here. One for sure starter at LG. Wishful thinking maybe but Veldheer is a HULK.

I think Giacomini stays. Lynch loves him and Breno loves blocking for Lynch. I just think the team sees the value in keeping one of the guys who brought a tough attitude to our O-line.

I'm on the fence about Tate. I could see us working on a solid deal for him but I think we could lose him via free agency, because a team will over pay him.

We will end up resigning Bruno G for a good reasonable deal the rush of free agency settles down.

Depending on Tate, we sign Kenny Britt to a 2 year deal, almost Avril like (I think he ends up being a steal in FA)

Before Bennett resigned I was saying Earl Mitchell but I'm much happier with Bennett.

Clemons will end up being cut and we will restructure Zach Miller.

WR - I think Tate is gone, someone will over pay. Perhaps we get Britt on a one year prove it deal, we have the leadership to keep him in check. I would prefer Britt over Tate actually and he'd come very cheap. Draft a big WR early in the draft and/or use WR Chris Matthews who we signed recently.

OL - Breno will be back on something like a 2 yr/7m total deal. I think his market will be tepid. Draft an OG or two fairly early to compete with Carp/Sweezy. Those are our weak links. OT and C are fine.

DL - Bennett re-signed. Clem is likely gone. Bryant already gone. McDonald looks like he's gone. Likely to re-sign McDaniel on a 2 yr/4m deal perhaps. Going to rely on Williams, Scruggs, Hill, etc a lot this year to fill in for Bryant, Clemons and McDonald.

DB - Thurmond and Browner are gone. Extend Thomas and maybe Sherman. Lane in the slot, Maxwell in #2 spot. Simon or Auguste filling in on dime/nickel packages. Next man up!

We're actually looking pretty good for the roster next year. Bennett was the big question and he's good to go. I think we dominate next year again.

Like a few have mentioned, Jared Allen ... he's still hungry and has some motor left. Plus, we've had a few Vikes roll through here so it stands to reason, lol.

I worry about changing the WR corp too much, may not have a choice though but there's continuity / chemistry to be considered there, IMO.

Why would Breno be a fit in Car?

And Seahawks re-sign Tate and sign Smith for a year with Harvin, Baldwin, Kearse, etc.

Jared Allen is going to get at least 2 years in his next deal. I would love an Avril type deal. You do not get a guy with his history on a prove it deal.
